The yard is best known for producing top‑class performers including the exceptional Pyledriver, winner of the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes, and a long line of high‑quality sprinters, stayers and middle‑distance stars.

Linkslade Stables

Linkslade Stables in Lambourn is a historic and highly regarded racehorse training yard, known for producing top-class thoroughbreds and housing some of Britain’s most respected trainers.
The stables are ideally situated near the Jockey Club’s Mandown gallops, offering direct access to some of the finest training grounds in the country. Over the years, the yard has undergone significant expansion and now features 70 boxes, each with its own fresh water supply. The property also includes a large indoor school, horse walker, spa, lunge ring, and office facilities, making it a fully equipped training center, Linkslade continues to thrive under the joint training license of William Muir and Chris Grassick, combining decades of experience with fresh international insight. The yard remains a cornerstone of Lambourn’s racing community, blending tradition with innovation in one of the UK’s most iconic equestrian settings.
